Admin Support Crew provides administrative preparation, document organization and submission support. We do not provide legal, immigration or tax advice, and we do not represent clients before any court or agency.
Consultations and fees
Consultations are paid and by appointment only. The consultation fee is credited toward your final service if you proceed with us. Service fees are quoted after we review your documents.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and truthful information and documents. We rely on what you provide and cannot be responsible for outcomes caused by incorrect or withheld information.
Processing times and outcomes
Processing times and decisions are determined solely by the relevant authority. We cannot guarantee approval, timelines or outcomes of any filing.
Government fees
Government, consular and agency fees are separate from our service fees and are payable directly as required by the relevant authority.
